This is an adaptive reuse project, where new head office was envisioned from scratch by making alterations to an existing service apartment building. The facelift, a floor of hi-end office spaces for top management, and two floors of industrial style workspaces for the team along with cafeteria and dining facilities constitutes the new program. The glossy, beige marble and rich wooden surfaces set in stark white backdrop, forms the bright elitist floor for the upper cadres and for client interactions. The raw concrete, brick and light grained wooden textures combine to form a cozy industrial setting for the team to carry out their daily routine work, a very different tenet for the design ambience for a software workspace.
