This massive structure was designed to cater to twin purposes – one as a wedding hall with luxury accommodation, second the rooms above to be combined with the shops, bar, restaurant, kitchen and banquet facilities as a hotel for pilgrims. The style of Architecture is inspired from influences of both Kerala and Tamilnadu being near the border of the two states. The sloped roof forms are the major attractive feature to this landmark. Interiors are smooth expansive surfaces of polished marble and veneer scaling the luxury factor up a notch with very simple crisp detailing. Heavy murals and crystalline chandeliers complete the look of regal elegance in the well- lit modern mandapam cum traditional hotel.
